As part of the GENGOYA on Rodeo collection, this piece refines the participatory mechanism introduced in the preceding work. The artist’s note contains a specific directive, stating that the principal collector will be given the opportunity to decide the theme for the following illustration. This instruction formalises the collector’s role, making their input integral to the sequential development of the series and demonstrating a rule based system of production.
