BWEEPIFY

This work from the Bwopverse collection is a three dimensional model representing a canned drink. The artist describes the piece, titled BWEEPIFY, as a digital asset that allows collectors to modify other works. Specifically, an owner of a work from the artist’s BWEEPS series can use and consume this token to create their own unique custom Bweep. This functional object, produced in an edition of six in May 2023, is therefore dependent on the ownership of another related piece. It highlights Gengoya’s method of building an interconnected system around the Bwople character and its variations.
