Sunset Drive

This hand drawn and animated work from the MONOMUSE collection was created in an edition of 36. Titled Sunset Drive, its composition suggests a narrative scene, a common mode for the artist's Gengoya project. The recurring Bwople character serves as a protagonist within this illustrated moment. Ferdi Trihadi’s practice often uses this simple character as a foundation for visual storytelling and serial variation. According to the artist’s own note, the piece was produced as part of an initiative labelled proofofpalm. The digital GIF was minted on 2 June 2025, continuing the artist's work with character based digital editions.
