The title of this work, Himitsu, is a Japanese word meaning secret. This suggests a narrative dimension for the composition, which features the artist’s recurring Bwople character. Minted on 3 July 2025 as an edition of 24, the piece is part of the MONOMUSE collection. Gengoya states that the animated GIF was entirely hand drawn. While some of the artist's works concentrate on formal properties, this piece shows how the Bwople figure also functions as a vessel for storytelling. It aligns with the Gengoya project’s wider aim of using illustration to communicate specific ideas.
