Urban Building: Where Are We Going? #62

This work from August 2022 is a single, unique output from a generative system designed by EndlessWorld. The artist's accompanying text describes the project as a commentary on global urbanisation, questioning the consequences of humanity’s construction of tall and crowded buildings. Created entirely with code, the piece is generated according to a fixed set of parameters which include four modes, four environments, and different settings for building density and structure. The algorithm renders a cityscape from what the artist calls a special viewpoint, producing one of many possible varieties and coincidences within the series.
