The central figure in this animated work is a magician. According to the artist’s note, this character “was born with a gift for sorcery”. The piece exemplifies Intersect’s practice of introducing figures from fantasy and science fiction, often with a brief textual description that situates them within a broader narrative context. The drawing is rendered in the artist's direct, graphic style, using line and flat areas of colour. A unique, one of one edition, this work was issued in February 2024 on the hic et nunc platform, a marketplace known for hosting experimental digital productions.
