Minted in August 2023, this work is an iteration from the ecologías B generative series. The project’s conceptual basis is detailed in the artist's note, which compares the introduction of artificial intelligence into society to a Cambrian explosion. The text reflects on the resource needs of such new entities, suggesting their dependence on water and energy will tie their ecology to that of humans. This work was issued in relation to the London exhibition "Unbound Ecology in the Age of Machines". It forms part of a project comprising multiple parts, exploring systemic relationships through abstract visual compositions.
