sketches for freedom / entretiempos (i)

Created with p5js and glsl, this composition is a developmental study for the series `entretiempos`. It was published in an edition of 416 on the hic et nunc platform in October 2022. The work belongs to the `sketches for freedom` collection, a group of four preliminary outputs whose proceeds were directed to a human rights cause. As the series title suggests, `entretiempos` is concerned with abstract representations of time and rhythm. By releasing these studies, the artist makes his iterative design process visible, showing how the central visual concepts for a series are explored and refined over time.
