Created from a physical drawing measuring 10 by 14 centimetres, this work was subsequently over painted by the artist in a digital format. The accompanying note presents a dialogue about children who have found eternal peace, prompting the title character to continue an “eternal fasting”. This small narrative gives context to the image, framing death as a state of resolution. The piece belongs to the Inky abyss series and was distributed on 10 October 2023. Its edition of nine is the smallest among these selected works, and its final resolution is 2362 by 3307 pixels.
