This unique generative work is an iteration from the artist’s ‘ecologías A’ series. According to the artist’s notes, the composition employs sinusoidal signals drawn with lines as a metaphor for communication and the traces left by all species. The piece was released in conjunction with the exhibition “Unbound Ecology in the Age of Machines” at Unit London. It is designed to be an active component in a larger system, generating data that is read by a separate artwork on the Ethereum network. This connection between two distinct digital environments is intended as a metaphor for a functioning ecology.
