WTBS: Olympics Poster Edition #332

This work from August 2022 is a collaboration with the WTBS podcast. The composition draws from the design traditions of classic Olympic posters, a source of inspiration the artist has cited. Jeres applies his distinct approach to colour and geometric form to these established motifs. The artist's note confirms an interest in vintage posters, including those inspired by Bauhaus design, which he seeks out in second hand markets. This unique piece was created to directly support the podcast, aligning the creation of art with community funding. It is presented as an edition of one of one.
