DOM2 #2467

DOM2 #2467 is a generative audio visual work from 2024 by Leander Herzog, created in collaboration with the musician Milian Mori. The piece exists as a set of instructions executed in real time within a web browser, producing an abstract animation from fundamental HTML elements. Its composition is not predetermined but emerges from the interaction of two separate programs, where Mori’s generative audio informs Herzog's visual system. As a continuation of previous works like DOM1, the piece uses the browser’s Document Object Model as both medium and subject. The final arrangement is responsive to its technical context.
