Distorted Habitat #26 is a successive iteration within the only known body of work by the artist Ida Belle. The creative method is uniform across the collection, involving collaboration with an artificial intelligence to produce images of what are termed ‘bizarre structures’. This piece follows directly from the preceding composition in the numbered sequence, reinforcing the systematic nature of the artist's practice. Each image in the series functions as part of a larger system, collectively examining architectural possibilities. The work proposes an alternate vision of the built environment, grounded in the series title’s theme of transformed living spaces.
