Everything #166

This software based work, Everything #166, uses slowly moving shapes to represent the yielding of intricate compositions to the passage of time. The piece is part of the artist's Everything series. According to the accompanying note, the constant motion illustrates a paradox, where our failure to control the infinite reminds us that we are never finished. This state is presented as a positive reality for those focused on the present moment. Jeres created the piece as a unique edition in March 2023, using a generative system that he developed.
