Miniscapes #309

This work is a result of the Miniscapes collaboration between Rich Poole and the illustrator Rick Crane. Poole's generative code combines with Crane's designed scenes and elements to produce minimalist landscapes. According to the artists' note, their aim was to represent a wide variety of natural environments using a spare vocabulary of simple shapes and lines. This unique digital file, created in May 2022, is a distinct output from their shared system. The work is also capable of animation, a quality which reflects Poole's background in fluid dynamics and coded systems.
