This generative work is a singular execution of the code for the CIUDAD CENTRAL series. The artist’s text connects the abstract visuals to “moods and moments” that are constantly changing, shaping our understanding. The work is a software application which, after an initial animation, applies blur and grain effects to the final image. This process involves two stages, suggesting a composition that is both dynamic in its creation and painterly in its resulting texture.
