CIUDAD CENTRAL #66

The artist’s note for this generative work prompts one to “remember | cruising at night”, grounding the piece in memory and perception. As a distinct instance from the CIUDAD CENTRAL series, number 66 presents a unique abstract composition based on the transient effects of urban light. It is an edition of one, created as an executable program. The visual language appears to be one of blur and motion, translating the artist’s theme of “distortions and reflections” into a language of code. This system allows the user to arrest the animation and save a still image, preserving a singular moment.
