Pensado a mano #600 is a singular work from a series published on the fx(params) platform in May 2023. Its system combines manual input with algorithmic generation. The artist describes the method as an “artificially extended process” that moves from a hand drawn gesture to an image for the screen, and potentially to a physical plot on paper. To generate the piece, the collector draws a series of shapes, providing a custom seed for the code. The algorithm then uses this seed to create a distinct visual output, while also rendering a plottable version in the background.
