Take The Throne

This video piece from October 2022 combines animation, music, poetry, and performance created by the artist. Its title and the accompanying text, “Take the throne”, issue a direct challenge rooted in the symbolism of strategic conflict. The work was created as an edition of 111. As part of the Elysium Rising series, it introduces a recurring motif of the artist, in which the game of chess serves as a metaphor for ambition and power. The animation itself was directed by Fuller using artificial intelligence.
