Landscape with Carbon Capture #3674

This work is a unique output from the generative series *Landscape with Carbon Capture*. Created using Javascript code, the project reflects Michaël Zancan’s dual background in programming and painting. The artist uses the series to articulate a critique of his own "environmental consciousness". The title refers to technological solutions for climate issues, which Zancan approaches with scepticism. He suggests such technologies may serve to obscure "our anguish, our helplessness or our guilt", positioning art instead as a direct appeal to human conscience and a source of unifying energy.
