Chasm #2

This work from December 2023 is titled Chasm #2. The artist’s accompanying text provides a narrative frame, describing a crack that becomes a deep chasm but is nonetheless crossed by the determined. This theme is consistent with the artist’s broader interest in mountainous environments and the feelings they elicit. The image was created with the p5js library as part of the generative series fx(params). This particular output is an early iteration from the Chasm system, a procedural interpretation of a story about division and the resolve required to overcome it.
