Created as a generative collaboration with the artist Mark Knol, this piece carries the designation number 197 within the SMOLSKULLs × Monster Gaze project. The work integrates Jordi Gandul’s distinct visual language, defined by its bold geometry and vibrant colour palette, into an automated system. Gandul’s practice often addresses the dynamic between chaos and order, a theme directly engaged by the nature of this project. His characteristic freestyling method is here contained within the parameters of a generative algorithm. This unique output from the fx(params) collection was produced as a documented collaboration in December 2023.
