EPIHYPERDERPFLARDIOIDS #98

This work belongs to a series of 365 unique outputs created in November 2022 to mark the first anniversary of the fx(hash) platform. The artist gives this family of forms the compound name EPIHYPERDERPFLARDIOIDS, describing them as symmetrical shapes generated by code based on sine waves and rotations. In his note, Pasma compares the visual output to the patterns created by a Spirograph. The series represents the artist's systematic investigation of a particular mathematical structure which he states he has studied at length. Each piece in the series presents a distinct variation from this generative system.
