Luminocity #184

Created in February 2023, this work is an iteration from the `Luminocity` series by Neoformix. The artist, Jeff Clark, generated the cityscape entirely with a program written in standard javascript. This code defines a system that allows for interaction. While the piece loads with a default time of day and resolution, these settings are not fixed. Using keyboard inputs or URL parameters, one can change the lighting to reflect sunset or sunrise, or increase the rendering resolution. `Luminocity #184` is therefore a self contained program that holds multiple potential visual states within its code.
