Number 448 from the SMOLSKULLs × Monster Gaze project is a singular work produced by a generative system. The piece is the result of a stated collaboration between Jordi Gandul and Mark Knol, created in December 2023. It places Gandul’s self described method of visual anarchism, an intuitive process that rejects strict grids, into a structured, algorithmic framework. The composition combines his signature elements of clean geometry and strong outlines with textures that create visual contrast. As an entry in the fx(params) collection, this work shows the adaptation of Gandul's personal aesthetic for a collaborative medium.
